The Hope 4 Healing Race reminded me that leadership is not about controlling outcomes but about preparing faithfully, showing up fully, and trusting the process.

This summer, I took a sabbatical to step back from the constant content creation. I was reminded that rest is not a reward, it is a requirement — and sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause.

As I read the results, I had mixed reactions. Disappointment, relief, sadness, peace, confusion, dismay.
